I've been smoking/chewing on fentanyl patches for about the last two weeks, everyday.

I've been through 5 or 6 of the 100mcg/hr patches and a 25mcg/hr patch and I have two of the 100mcg/hr ones left.

I should have thought about it before, but fuck it. Should I try to taper down and smoke a little bit everytime I'm not feeling the best? Yesterday I didn't do any for the better part of the day and I was having really bad hot flashes.

Get some Immodium, valium and robotussin.

The Immodium contains loperamide, which is a fentanyl analouge. Take 10 2mgs when you feel shitty.

Valium to reduce panic.

Robotussin reduces w/drawls and also fucks you up.

I don't think nicotine addiction is bad. What can be bad about it? If you're smoking then obviously it can be construed as bad.

Oh man if you're already having hot' and cold sweats if you don't have it for like half a day then its gonna be real bad I would think. I'd say you're definately gonna be needing some real opiates (more than just immodium) soon or you're gonna have some really really bad withdrawal for like two days at least, maybe almost three. Since fent lasts only like an hour or two (or ike 30 minutes when you smoke it) then its half life is shorter than most opiates, so the withdrawal will be shorter but more intense.

Really? I always though that it didn't cross the BBB. I have heard of it being used for withdrawls, but I always assumed it was for the shits that come with. Oh well.

although good for about 2 yrs but the last yr or so man oh man I shake shiver puke dry heave...and ya know alll that good shit the only thing that helps me is getting more haha H withdrawl isnt near as bad I dont think....

ha. fent patches all came free. wouldn't have done this if it cost me anything. but i don't plan on handing any out :p

anyway I only did it once this morning and i've been doing good. only thing i've noticed is the irritability. everyone and everything pisses me the fuck off. weed helps a lot with it though.

fentanyl is by far the most addictive thing I've ever messed around with it. i'm not saying i've done every drug in the book, but at least compared to say, coke, it's much more addicting.

to be honest, i'm glad no more fent will be coming my way. i fucking love it, but the negative effects outweigh the positive ones.
