Actually, in the UK, whilst there are different batches of the same press, generally looking up the stamp on pill reports can be pretty damn useful in working out what's in them/how good they are.

I think it depends, here in the UK stamps are a little more reliable. It helps to keep up to date on pill reports because sometimes you cant test pills before you buy them so its good to have some kind of idea what is bad and what is ok that is currently going around.

The UK is a lot smaller so obviously there are less distributors over a smaller area meaning that if there is one kind of good stamp going about its probably the same pill with the same contents at least until a poor imitation of a good product pops up. Still not 100% reliable but it is good as a secondary resource before you buy and test.
