its Thai weed, that is rope tied and or tied around the stem's and or sticks because the buds are think and big.

actually, theyre rather thin buds, being pure sativa, tied to, what I thought, was a stem from the plant.
It has a funny smell/taste as well...it smells oriental, and if youve smoked it, youll know what I mean.
I really enjoyed it, but Ive had friends that said that it sucks....eh, to each his own.

Wow haven't seen of one of those in a while. But from what I've heard they're still prevalent in certain circles, (basically as cannabis potentiated with hash oil).
