Figured you dopeheads in South Jersey would like to know. (http://www.courierpostonline.com/apps/pbcs.dll/article?AID=/20080221/NEWS01/802210381/1001/NEWS) I may trade in my broken syringes just to see how the program works.
But I wonder if syringes are still illicit to possess in NJ despite this???
