Basically,

Clean out the back, all the metal wires/scraps, everything that screws in, with a pair of pliers and a knife. Jst pull, crush, scrape till all the metal is gone on the inside, leaving only the knob that would screw into the socket.

Thats pretty much all that there is to it, just heat where the stuff you want to vape is, you wont shatter the glass (v.unlikely).

You can put a bottle cap w/a small hole on the metal socket, so that can be your mouthpiece if you heat the metal too much.
