Alcohol is all sugars and empty calories...if you are watching your weight it could be an issue.

Yeah sorry about how ridiculous this thread was I was quite drunk, and I couldn't think of where to post this. I was once told by a weight training teacher I had that I shouldn't drink the night before working out because my muscles won't tear and rebuild right. I am just trying to confirm this.

Yes it will affect your progress. Your testosterone is lowered, your bodys been robbed of some vitamins and minerals, and if your hungover your probably not going to work out optimally or eating optimally.

Alcohol is by far the worst choice for a drug.IMO.
