Has anyone had any expierience with the generic form of adderall? What dose is a good first time dose for this? Should I pop them or snort them? And what are the main risks to doing this drug?

I took a 25 mg XR Adderall today, first time. It took about three hours to kick in fully I think. In three of my classes I was kicking ass, I paid attention for the first time in math class and I think my teacher liked that. Plus I got a shit ton of homework done. It was really really boring to just sit there like I normally do. It did not feel right to not be doing something.

Some negative effects

no appetite, at all. my normally great sandwhich tasted like crap.

too many thoughts racing through my head at once, i couldn't express them all and gave up. this happened only twice or thrice and on both occasions i started to mumble really fast, haha.

long time to kick in but I will remedy this by crushing up the beads and gelcapping it next time.

Positive effects

i did not notice a fast heart beat that is normally associated with stims

got shit done

felt good when shit was done

really really easy to talk to people, i always had something to say

seemingly less anxiety about talking to new people or something like that, idk


Overall awesome, it made me enjoy school and be interested in the subjects I was learning and I feel really good now that I have a lot of shit done.

80mg xr is one dose is amazing, pure happiness, i didn't even want to talk i was to bust just basking in happiness.

I don't really want to up my dosage. I was reading erowid trip reports and a ton of people got addicted. I really want to keep it once weekly, or like writing a hard paper.

Plus it kills my appetite and I hate forcing myself to eat. Another weird thing is that I felt like the food I ate in the morning before dosing was just sitting in mah belly the whole day. It was really weird.

Hopefully I keep this shit under control, I really want to.

I hate adderall XR it sucks compared to normal adderall but generic adderall will basically have the same effects. The positive effects are you are more alert, more talkative, I feel more confident, less anxiety, and you have more motivation to get stuff done. The Negatives are complete loss of appetite, potential for addiction, and a really shitty comedown. I personally have a love/hate relationship with that stuff.

I had all your effects except the comedown, which I think with XR will gradually taper off and be barely noticeable if at all. Hopefully.

The comedown was horrible for me, throwing up, not being able to stand up, headache, depression.

The comedown is so shitty especially if you been on a binge. You basically feel numb towards everything, craving for more, and you feel depressed for no reason at all.
