Is this forum's name, Cunning Linguists, a sort of word play on cunnilingus? I've been wondering for a while if the name was an intentional pun.

Yes. It is a play on the oral sex practice.

And if the person who titled this forum as "Cunning Linguists" and didn't realize what he had done, he would have to be downright dim-witted.
