i've had drug tests through a local government agency since my release. Its been a while n i thought i was going to jail cuz i violated random agencys rules.
anyways i seen the 'single use' 3-5days for marijuana on a home drug test and decided i could smoke with 3 weeks till a drug test.
my justification was jail.

cuz i smoked a few hits out of a bowl, then later a joint at most. So i had over 2 weeks and assumed im good.
well 'random agency' just drug tested me 2 visits in a row, which in 2 years has never happened to me except when i knew i tested positive for something.
but ive never experienced being sober this long and dont know wat to think

my theories:
she assumed that after a drug test i would assume i can smoke weed because i wouldnt get a test again
OR
the test showed up wit something positive and she wanted to see where my levels have gone.

now before each of the 2 drug tests ive taken i used a home drug test kit which was a dipstick test. each time the dipstick had a negative result for marijuana.
the instructions say if its negative then lab tests arent required.
SO
can i assume that if i passed the dipstick urine test that i passed the 'random agencies' tests which are sent directly to a lab, i think?
OR
do i need to admit my wrongs to government agency in hopes that my honesty and willingness to take responsibility for wrong doings when i knew i had no room for mistakes will save me?

need some answers to relieve stress and give myself time to plan out my move in the next week before i am required to report

Don't admit to doing any drugs to them, that will not get you any leniency and will ultimately end up just fucking you over.

In michigan, I know of 4 headshops that don't sell it, and one that does. Expensive; your best bet is buying it off line.

Some people assume if you come in with bleached or shaved hair that you're avoiding the test. This doesn't really matter but i'm just letting you (OP) know.

They'll most likely test you in the same way they have in the past. Expect a piss test. Other methods cost more money.

opiates DO NOT migrate, so after a period of abstinence , and a hair cut you should be fine.....
