In county jail, at least in AZ, you run with your race. The gangs are as follows: Whites- woods

I heared of asian/white mixes running with the woods, but I don't know about purebred asians/other races.

When you get in, the torpedo breaks down the rules for you:
don't flush toilet with feet
don't get cellblock put on lockdown
don't start shit with other races
a bunch of other shit

If you break the rules, the torpedo takes you to the bathroom to get chin checked. He will punch you in the chin. If you join a gang, they will probably make you a torpedo.

this is important? fuck, anyone who's ever been locked up knows the drill. i wish i didn't know it so well. if everyone behaves all is well. someone gets out of line shit happens. so if you've gotta get locked up, just play it cool.

I know some people that trick the intake doctor to giving them free prescription drugs that get them fucked up the whole time their at jail.

what they do is tell them they have a certain seizure ailment and they get free medication. I always try to remember the name and ailment when I'm (god forbid) going to jail. you can also get free sleeping medication by telling nurses you can't sleep and there's usually dopers that will trade you things for them on range. If you have a really good lawyer you can bitch to him about back pain w/ the matress at jail and you'll probably get some good meds that way too.

I don't want to go to jail for anything other than a pussy charge. I don't want to be locked up for any length of time.

I hear it is like a hotel here too, but there is still gangs. That post was from people I knew who were locked up. I should get myself jail time on purpouse, because I feel like a pussy for not having first hand expirience in county jail.
