And have their eyes kept open with something sharp. Maybe cut off his eye lids first? So that he is forced to watch himself in the mirror.

Axe + strong scissors/bolt cutters + blow torch + hacksaw + tourniquets(you dont want him to die too fast)

Just cut his fingers off slowly(at each joint), arm by arm, and then his toes, then his arms, legs, and everything else in between(cut his legs in half, ie. in between the knee and the ankle, also his arms).

Then, when he's still alive make slashes all across his torso, and set fire to his de-limbed torso. Then just pile his arms + legs on top of him and maybe piss on him for added effect
