Whenever I smoke weed in public, I get really parenoid that I've either pissed myself, or am going to. This has been getting increasingly evident over the last few months. Before, it never even crossed my mind. I've never had any problems with any other weed related parenoia before. Has anyone else had this? Or does anyone know how to get over it? I personally just think it's general paranoia and not that your actually going to pee yourself but instead just anxiety... in which case you should chill the fuxk out and enjoy your high - put everything else out of your mind and just relax.

It's common with weed. I used to get it all the time. All your doing is focusing on your cock and what else are you thinking about when you're focusing on your cock if you aren't fucking something? Am I having to piss perhaps? Dunno the psychology behind it but I do know I used to get it all the time, still get it now and again, have friends that have mentioned it, seen a post on here a while back that was talking about it.

It's no big deal, you aren't pissing yourself, you aren't about to piss yourself, it's paranoia.

It won't go away right away for sure, but knowing that you would have no doubt in your mind that you pissed yourself if you had should be assuring.

Some people just can't handle weed without a stress pill. I know I can't, I mean I can, but it's just not all that fun. Something ends up stressing me out or causing paranoia.

I don't think that's his issue. I know many people who have this happen and they get over it. The only way to get through is to practice.. by smoking weed.

Its societies regards towards weed which is making you paranoid, and you yourself are not making the situation any better by focusing that paranoia on something specific for months now.
