It has to be very very gentle. You want a gentle even heat source in a very wide evap dish with a very low lip, totally even, no bowl center, has to be flat, and very carefully and slowly increase heat until you just barely start to see wisps of steam, turn it down just a tad, and make it so it is barely putting off steam at a constant rate, add a low powered fan, next to a window when it's cold outside, and that water will be gone fairly quick, and no degradation of product, then just scrap up, redissolve to the amount you want, and filter the shit out of it AGAIN then slam.
