The thing about Guitar Hero is that it's easy.
You can start the game and play songs.
At the end of the day, no matter how cool this is, it's still learning the guitar which is harder than playing 3-5 notes.

If you have the time and patience to increase yourself a difficulty level in guitar hero, then you can do it on real guitar. I hate it when people are bomb at guitar hero but can only play smoke on the water on real guitar.
Fuck yes for this game. It will hopefully weed out guitar hero, just over a slow period of time. Why? No one has the cash to shell out on a real guitar. So this game will be for real guitarists only, while the n00bs either try and play guitar hero, or actually wise up and spend their time/money on something that's going to benefit them.

Yeah, the only real downside I see for this is:
Having to have your own guitar
and not being as easy as guitar hero
But still, learning to play the guitar can't get any funner than this.

Hell yeah, this actually looks cool. It's pathetic how some people think they are the hottest shit in the world just because they can beat Guitar Hero. My friend, Steven, is an actual guitarist, but he plays Guitar Hero as well, and he said that there are some things on Guitar Hero that are easier to do on a real guitar. Definitely going to show him this, though, pretty sure he'll get a kick out of it.
