i dont think the effects of weed has ever been tested on large groups of people but it would be really interesting to see how it affects the inmates daily life in prison.

could possibly be another step towards legalization if the experiment was actually done.

No because its so addicting and they would just revert back to a life of crime upon release.

i hope you realize that not every inmate is in prison because of violence. prison was made to suck ass for a reason. inmates are in prison because they committed a crime, so why should society reward them for it by allowing them to smoke marijuana, which a common citizen can't even smoke legally?

Every inmate would start doing heroin because marijuana is a gateway drug. And there would be a lot more gay sex because smoking marijuana induces homosexual tendencies in the subject.

You'd see a bunch of stupid and broke people with little to live for committing crimes and being sent to a place where they can do absolutely nothing and still be fed and provided weed.

You're assuming all people in jail smoke pot. I'm sure in some prisons a very large percentage do, but you'll find plenty of people who don't.

Also, even if everyone is provided with weed, they will want more. People will start beating each other up and shit for the other persons weed.

If people want to fight, they'll fight, high or not.
