For one it's horrible for your liver, and two, i've tried it in a relativly large dose and it wasn't really worth it at all, i just felt tried and slightly high for about 5 minutes at a time rarely.

You might like it depending on your state of mind, you're best off grinding up fresh nutmeg yourself, and you'll probably have to take a lot of it too.

You might as well, who the fuck cares anyway, it's just nutmeg, just don't make a habit of it.:)

It can be worth while contrary to popular belief, but you really need to know what you're doing. And since you see other people claim it works, and read Erowid which says it works, and then don't believe it works and ask TOTSE (of all fucking spots...) if it works, you're not smart enough to know what you're doing. Stay away from it would be my advice.

me personally, i downed about 4-6 heaping spoonfulls of the stuff along with halfa gallon of cranberry juice(damn that shits nasty!) on an empty stomach and got a pretty good high, it made everything happy and SEMI euphoric, for about an hour, and then i was really tired/horny and unable to sleep for about two days.

if you do it right, it can be slightly pleasurable, but i always put it in my coffee for whatever god damn reason, and, well, it keeps me up, but very tired. better off leaving it alone, try it once, yea, after that leave it alone it aint doing you any good.
