There's two kinds of "GravOs" Ones the waterfall which I've never tried. But the basic Gravo you don't use a carb its pure unfiltered greatness.

If your talking inhaling in general then I would say a vaporiser is way more efficient in more than one way but I find it also builds tolerance very fast.

On the other hand I find shotties to be a very efficient way of smoking because the weed is burned all in one go, inhaled all in one shot and not a tiny bit of smoke is lost. Holding it in till you dont even exhale any smoke also helps a lot and that way it doesn't smell much but you really need iron lungs to ghost a fat shottie in one go.

After vaporisers shotties are the best thing when it comes to efficiency and stealthy smoking IMO.

Get a job, buy more marijuana, move on.

Water bongs, no doubt. There is nothing like taking a HUGE hit and feeling nice after just one. :)

I think the best way to smoke if you only have a bowl or two to your name is either vaporize it (YMMV), or my personal favorite is to make a waterfall bong.
