Best Way
to moisten up dry pot?
There's a million and one ways I've heard [orange/apple peel, carrots, tortilla, etc etc..] and I just want to know what ACTUALLY works, and works well.
I don't want "Oh, I heard....", I want legit knowledge from someone who's used the method before.

Re: Best Way
first i pressed the Power button on my PC and monitor. after it turned on and loaded up, i grabbed my mouse and double left clicked the icon for my internet browser. in the address bar i typed in "www.google.com". quick shout out to my ma and pops for splurging for that high speed connection, because just mere instants later google was ready to go. i typed in "how to moisten weed" into the search bar, and removed my hand from my house and used my index finger to press down on the Enter key on my keyboard. this caused a reaction on the screen which google took as a signal that it was time to begin the search for the answer. once again, love you mom and daddy-o, because what i thought was going to be a decade long journey was actually just a quick detour for tonight. the results the google showed me all appeared to be perfectly fine answers to your question.
but i wasnt sold yet. i took it upon myself to be the guinea pig in this thing, cracked my knuckles, and clicked a link, with nothing but a little faith and my unstoppable urge to help others in need. the first link was good, i hit the Back button on my browser and then clicked a new link. i repeated this process another couple of times, and then felt satisfied. i knew how to answer your question, and knew how to do it in more than one way.
BUT!
you know what they say, give a man a fish and he'll eat for a day. teach a man to fish and he'll eat for life. i just showed you how to fish. dig in, my man.

I did lol.
OP: They all work essentially the same way. I've used orange peel before and it worked fine.

Re: Best Way
..
That was funny, I'll admit. However, I didn't ask for how I could find my answer, I asked for an answer.
I know about google, seeing as I piss search queries when my excellence runs out. I just want answers from personal experience and not the same shit I always hear [orange peel]. I've done the orange peel thing. It never worked for me. I've googled it before. I find nothing new.
Now can I have a personal experience of how to moisten weed, and not how to go about beyond basic internet usage?

Re: Best Way
ok yeah, use the damn orange peel shit, put it in the jar with your product(fresh orange peel), let it sit there for awhile, voila, if you want to speed it up a bit, heating up the orange peel and putting it in with it may work better, but oh well

Re: Best Way
Well jesus, really, the best way is using a orange or lemon peel, putting it in a jar/bag, let it sit for a couple hours or so, then it should be moistened, it works

Just because no one else is posting, I guess I'll try it again. This is try number four or five for me, and the first few times were with smaller amounts. I'm gonna let a peel chill with 10g for the night and hope for the best I guess..

Re: Best Way
What you need:
Some Sort of Container
Tin Foil
A fruit with lots of juices (Oranges are best)
A Fridge
Take the fruit and place it in the bottom of your container, if it isn't in a state where the juices are coming out, make it so.
Take the tinfoil and fit it to the top of the container. Poke holes on the edges of the foil, leaving a place in the center to put your pot.
Place the pot in the center of the foil and make a little "lid" out of the tinfoil.
Lay the foil over the pot and place it in the fridge.
The fruit will effectively moisten/flavor your pot after as little as an hour or two. The longer it is in the better off it will be.

This sounds cool. It's different from just sticking a peel in a bag, it seems like this would work a lot better especially if I kept it in an airtight container. And it keeps the pot away from the fruit, so it doesn't get all over and stick. Thanks dude! I'd +1 you but they disabled it ha.
I'm sure this varies by amount of pot and flavor wanted etc, but how much fruit do you usually use : how much pot?
Ohhhh, and does the fruit get a pleasant new taste also? :D

Orange peels will change the taste of the pot, which is good for cheap pot, but not so good for good pot. Not to mention if you leave it in too long it can cause mold to grow.
Carrot peels and flour tortilla will rehydrate weed and not change the taste and not promote mold.
In the future, don't bump your own thread like that. I will lock it next time.
