yea my buddy is pretty heavy and he needs at least 30 mgs, even when i didnt know what hydrocodone was i used to nod off of 5 mg's that the dentist prescribed after having my wisdom teeth yanked out. when i took 2 of those 5 mg's i puked like 4 times lol grose.

I took 12g of apap once and my livers just fine. I can bet you would see damage from using those amounts everyday though.
