The best method by far is sublingual. Just hold it under your tongue for as long as you can. I usually swash the spit/gel around in my mouth when too much builds up to keep under yo tongue. We've got some of these coming to us very soon...I can't fucking wait. You can also smoke it but I wouldn't recommend it. Also, don't fucking shoot it...just don't.

This leaves me curious. I thought eating the gel was just pointless. I did this and i just felt slim to nothing effects. Not even the slightest nod just a small twinge in my mind telling me i feel a small bit of something. From now on if i ever have the chance to get another fent patch iam going for the smoking method.

Yeah, smoking or sublingual are both good methods, I prefer the sublingual approach, but that's just me. Eating the gel strait up is rather pointless as most of the good shit'll get lost in your stomach
