Just take the cap to the soda bottle burn a hole through it and tin foil in a bowl with the cap. Cut the soda bottle in half or 3/4 and just dip in water slowly ( i couldnt tell you how many times ive seen a kid blow all the pot out of the tin foil because he pushed the bottle down to fast) then light and lift the bottle up slowly the water pulls the weed in at a nice enough rate to give you the most monster hit ever. Then just unscrew the cap and push back down (slowly because usually the hits will be huge). Thats about it man

They are cool if you have never done them, but I really dont see any advantages to them over a bong. I mean they aren't even water filtered and if you want a rediculously large hit, you could just hit the bong longer?

But to answer your question cut the bottom off a 2 liter bottle, put a socket in the cap to use as a bowl. Now submerge it in water up to the bowl, pack it, light it and slowly pull up, screw the cap and take the hit.

I use a socket (for a socket wrench) that fits the bottle perfectly. Just make the bowl out of aluminum and wrap duck tape around the socket to secure the foil.

Make sure to burn all the oil inside socket before use, peace.
