I have no experience with this drug and know not dosages, nor prices. Looking at equivalency charts, it would appear as though 60mg is about the right dose for a person with a slight opiate tolerance. Is this right? How much should I pay for the stuff on the milligram? I do not know if the stuff I might get would be time released or not, but I assume the time release is easy to break, right?

I'm pretty sure price threads aren't allowed... But, getting past that... The dose depends on a lot of things, like are the pills time release? What kind of tolerance do you have, and to what? No the time release on morphine pills is NOT easy to bypass. In fact, some would say it's nearly impossible. My suggestion would be to plug them instead; it'll get rid of the time release, and give you many more time getting high out of the same amount of pills. If you are eating the time release ones though, I'd crush them into powder and eat about ~60 mg. Don't be surprised if it takes a few hours to kick in though, and DON'T take more after a short amount of time. It's easy to OD that way. As far as price goes, everywhere and everyone is different. I personally wouldn't pay more then... I dunno... 10 bucks for a 60 mg pill. And even that is pushing it...

I paid 5$ a 30mg MSContin back when I was doing it all the time.. I was getting hooked up from a friend who didn't know his prices though, so I don't know what average price is. I think 5$ a pill sounds legit though, because of how the dosage compares with the price.
