who here smokes joints only? i usually smoke out of pipes but mine just broke. do you find that joints waste alot?

i smoke joints when i have a lot of shitty weed, but when i have real good weed i bong it.

For like six months I didn;t have any paraphernalia other than a one hitter, so I smoked a ton of jays...

I only smoke joints when I have a lot of weed. I'm kinda poor right now so I only smoke a little bit in my pipe

I hate smoking pipes, joints are okay, but I only like smoking either huge ones with a couple people or pinners to myself.
Overall, waterfalls is the way to go, conserves the most, and you get nice huge tokes.

If your going to roll it put it in a blunt, joints are alright, they make your lips taste really funny and they just plain make me feel gross.

I suck at rolling so I use my bong/bowl.

i like those BIG FATASS blunts but joints arnt too bad.....actually yeaterday me nd some friends rolled a 2 g joint using like 9 papers haha i was stoned.

but i love my blunts, i have a natural gift for rolling them... never fucked a single one up, even the first smoked perfectly...

My friend came over with a 10 gram joint two days ago and it was seriously the worst thing I've ever smoked. It got 4 people decently high when it could've gotten us high everyday with a bong for days. I only smoke joints if I'm gonna be hiding in an alley way or somewhere that I can't bring my glass bong because they are really wasteful. Especially huge ones.

Joints are perfect. They get me pretty damn stoned for what they are, and they're fun to roll, nice to smoke, and make your fingers smells great. Plus, the high i get from joints is a lot more mellow and flowing.

Well I usually only smoke dro, and I have no job so it would be ridiculous for me to pay 20$ to get high twice.

I just discovered how easy it is to roll joints though, so lately I have been putting a bowl's worth of weed in with tobacco and smoking those sometimes, usually on the way to school so I don't have to pull over, load a bowl etc...

Plus rolling them is just so satisfying :O

Anyways, i might just start buying pop and rolling joints. a quarter for 20$ and i can burn a ton of those motherfuckers. something is just satisfying as fuck about taking a pull off a weed-filled burning piece of paper.

Anyway, rolling them is easy, it's hard to make them look good but it's just.. so easy to make an ugly ass, working joint.

i really like joints but i only make them if the weed i bought didnt cost me much, or if i have a lot. they use a lot, i dont know if id really call it a "waste" because they do get me nice a high, but they do use a lot of weed...

Yeah I smoke joints sometimes, when I have a lot of weed, or I am driving, but I usually prefer to just pack my bowl as it makes it last a lot longer.

Joints are my preferred method when I actually have a decent amount of pot around. .5g in one paper usually works well for me, or me and one other person.

Blunts are alright once in awhile, but they have a tendency to be more than I actually like to smoke with less than three or four people, and they tend to give me a headache if I'm already smoking heavily that day and throw one into the mix.

I usually use my bong though, as I'm broke as hell lately.

I used to only use joints... then used my friends pipe... and then bought my own. I seriously think joints suck now and can't believe I went without a pipe for so long.

Plus, you can buy some pretty sweet looking pipes

I like to smoke my joints at concerts. Otherwise I vape.
I also smoke a j if I'm out and about and I forget my spoon(I always keep a pack of emergency rizlas).

Smoking out of a plastic bong with goon (casked wine) instead of water was pretty hectic. We made do with what we had.

Joints and blunts are HUGELY wasteful. Even if you can roll the perfect joint/blunt, much of it will still burn off into the air. There just isn't much you can do about that... And if you AREN'T good at rolling, you'll waste even more of your bud. PLUS, if you're into resin, you're wasting what you could have potentially collected in that department (unless you count what builds up on your lips...). While it's more or less personal preference, I just don't see why you would want to waste so much of your weed. It's not exactly expensive, but it does cost money, and the more you waste the faster that will add up. I'll admit, that sometimes a joint can accent the taste of a particular strain, but really other than that... *shrugs*
And blunts... Well, they are one of the dumbest things I can think of in the way of smoking. The nicotine from the Tobacco leaf makes your tongue numb-ish when rolling it, makes your lips feel shitty while smoking it, and alters the high. It makes the high feel: shorter in duration, more anxious, more stimulated, etc. It, in my opinion, removes many of the reasons why I'd be smoking to begin with; namely to relax and chill out for a while. I just don’t see the point? My guess is that it makes people feel like they’re cool. I think teenagers smoke them to feel “gangsta” or whatever. Then later they can brag to their friends, “Yeah, I smoke a 5 gram blunt, I’m so fucking hardc0rez0rz!” I just find it asinine.

joints are way to wastefull so i dont use them unless I want to smoke in public.

the only time i dont use a peice or something like that is if i have alot of shake or alot of low quality bud that i will just grind into shake

and when i have that i usually just make dugout joints because my hands are to fat to roll correctly lol

My homemade bong rapes all of your smoking devices save a real bong. Joints and blunts just fucking suck. :)

to answer the qwuestion: i like to switch it up. i usually use a bowl when im by myself just to save substance. but spliffs are awsome. blunts are awsome. bongs are great and awsome. whatever man, whatever gets you high. me and some buddies are now in the process of developing the "bong-shot" so i might start doing those at lunch from now on.

The resin in the joint gets smoked as you blaze it down, this is why roaches are generally harsher than the beginning of the joint. Also, Blunts are useful when you are at a party and one bowl won't even make it around the circle. I think blunts taste pretty good if they're rolled in a fresh swisher or philly. To each his own, man.

I personally love blunts, only dutches though. Games usually turn out to be stale, and blunt wraps/white owls don't have the outter leaf that just makes the blunts burn even and smooth. I guess you could say they waste weed by burning off some inbetween hits, but honestly, they certainly get the job done. They burn slow, get you high as fuck, and they're great for a social atmoshpere. That is however if you know how to roll atleast a decent blunt.

Don't get me wrong though, i have a nice little bowl that gets the job done when i'm smoking by myself. A few of my buddy's have bongs which are nice when we are just sitting around chilling. Joints though are probably at the bottom of my list. I would never turn one down, but the usually wind up canoeing, and getting all wet and nasty torwards the end.

I certainly wouldn't say that i smoke blunts to "keep it gangsta". I don't give a shit how anyone smokes marijuana. Marijuana's ment to bring people together, not segregate them by the means of how they smoke it. I mean shit, not everyone who owns a bong is a hippy.

When I smoke, I usually like to use a waterfall. I really don't smoke to much anymore, but I really prefer smoking out of a pipe rather than a joint. Blunts are nice once in a while, but I never roll joints.

all of the blunts i have rolled have had very little smoke come off of them that didn't end up in the lungs... very little smoke comes off of it when no one is smoking it... a little whiff might come off after someone takes a hit from it but most of it is just going into you...

sure you lose a little bit of smoke, a well rolled blunt isnt going to waste any appreciable amount..

you're a dumbass son, have you ever smoked a blunt before? anytime i roll one, by the time it gets to the end its resinated as fuck, and guess what? you smoke all of it...that said, i have a pipe atm, but when i'm smoking my own stash all i smoke is blunts. it takes about a gram for me to get really stoned now and since i have around 4 ounces in my room right now, its delightful to roll up 1.3 into a dutch rello and smoke it to the face

One time a drunk friend of mine tried to roll way to much nug into a blunt and ended up ripping it on the side, so another person patched it with a zigzag... absolute worst thing I've smoked. Maybe it was too much paper or something, that blunt absolutely sucked.

Today I was lighting a joint with a match and I caught my hair on fire. It was hilarious.
