OP as far as the things to refrain from - do your own research, the info is out there. I think it far better you do your own research so that you know with certainty, not to mention I simply don't feel like going into the bits and details especially when there is all the info already out there.

If you want you could experiment with passion flower. I have found it to be quite effective, not as effective as p.harmala ofcourse but more friendly to newbie’s in that you don't need to follow such a strict regime (diet).

If you haven't figured that out yet by yourself through the power of a simple google search, then you should listen to the people on this forum and not mess with MAOIs.

There are certain other things that potentiate mushrooms...Like, more mushrooms. Just go buy some more if you want a stronger trip.
