I made the mistake of taking a concerta from a friend before school today, and now that I'm coming down I feel like absolute shit. I'm certainly never doing it (or probably any other amphetamine) again, this is the worst I've felt in a long time, I'm freezing cold, and very depressed, yet restless at the same time. Is there anything I can do to improve this?

try to eat, smoke some bud, take some shots. Not much you can do man that shit sucks. Get some adderal youll like it alot better

Smoke some pot or pop some opiates...I wouldn't recommend drinking alcohol. Maybe take some sleeping pills or benzos and just go to sleep.

Yea, the comedown sucks. It's not an amphetamine though, it's actually methylphenidate. I've heard it's like coke, where amphetamines are more like meth, but I have only tried concerta.
