Re: Air Tight
Something like that would be great for storage, but I'm sure a dog could still smell the drugs hidden inside.
OP, I don't think there are any devices which would impede a canines nose. I think that involves several vacuum seals and chemical washes and stuff which I don't know about. Sorry.
But if anyone wants an air-tight container just for storing weed in, I use a raspberry jam jar.

Re: Air Tight
Everything has very tiny holes which smell can permeate through. Best thing to do would be to (say you are going on a airplane or driving somewhere) put the bag of weed in a coffee ground container with the coffee grounds still in it. Wear gloves so the smell doesn't get on your hands. I believe it'll take a few hours for the smell to get through. Put the weed in a vacuum sealed bag if you want more time.
Thanks to the "Never get busted" DVD.

here is the scenario pretty much every friday i will bring around 1/2 oz to school and keep it in my car.....some will be smoked by me others given to friends who went in with me on it but i dont want to get caught with it at school and leaving it at home is not an option because i live about 30 mins from my school
i have also heard from one of my friends that play-works.....any one know about that?

Re: Air Tight
Do you have dogs at your school? Do you have to park on school property? If you answered no to at least 1 of these, you will be fine. Just park down the street or something, they cant search your car if it isn't on their property.

I always contemplated putting my shit in a "pig".
Maybe someone with some chem experience would confirm if this would work.

Re: Air Tight
I would first question if the lead container could contaminate the smoking material.
I wouldn't want to smoke lead ...

Humans have been mining and using this heavy metal for thousands of years, poisoning themselves in the process due to accumulation and exposure. The dangers have also long been known ... The symptoms of chronic lead poisoning include neurological problems, such as reduced cognitive abilities, or nausea, abdominal pain, irritability, insomnia, metal taste in oral cavity, excess lethargy or hyperactivity, headache and, in extreme cases, seizure and coma. There are also associated gastrointestinal problems, such as constipation, diarrhea, vomiting, poor appetite, weight loss, which are common in acute poisoning. Other associated effects are anemia, kidney problems, and reproductive problems.
from wiki (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lead_poisoning)
I don't know if constant/daily exposure to the container could adversely effect the weed/your hand enough to poison you. But yes, lead is very poisonous, why do you think the media got all excited about those children's toys that were painted with lead paint a couple months ago?
Maybe the thin plastic of baggies would help, but for long-term storage, glass owns plastic.

Re: Air Tight
LOL @ pig storage.
Yeah, that's real nice. How the fuck you gonna hide a big lead cylinder marked all over with RADIATION GTF BACK! ?
Glass mason jars for the win. Freezer and vacuum packed for long term storage.

2" high by 1.5 width isn't much bigger than a film container.

the radiation symbol is just a sticker.
Maybe you could find a pill container, put it in a bigger pig and have it be all sealed up.
I don't know what's so "lol" about that.
I just figured since lead is obviously very dense that it would prevent the"seepage" of the fumes.
It was just an idea.
With all do respect, I want to know what you suggest.
