My friend is pretty sure shrooms are the easiest, but he was wondering if there were any simpler drugs out there.

On another note he has always wanted to make psychedelic drugs, other than shrooms. He knows he if very far from accomplishing anything like that though as it takes a lot of time and knowledge which he does not have.

However he would however greatly appreciate it if anyone at all could recommend any good reading material on the subjects. :D

The easiest drug to make is crack. You just take coke and mix it in a spoon with baking soda and water. Not like you need any chemistry knowledge for that. And you dont make mushrooms, you grow them. Yeah and the best idea I see for you is to make jenkem, huff it, then go to a different section of the forums. kthxbai

If you mean synthesize, I would say arguably chloral hydrate.

Conversions, such as GBL -> GHB are also fairly simple, but I would not personally class as a synthesis, same, and to a greater extent, to cocaine -> crack.

Extractions such as salvia, DMT & mescaline extractions aren't too hard, with a lot of work and following a spoon feed guide exactly.

Growing is probably the easiest, and your plants will do all the synthesising for you - pot, shrooms, kratom, salvia, mimosa, cacti and other drug containing and entheogenic plants could all be grown with enough work.


If you do consider a synthesis or anything involving anything vaugely lab related, just remember you're going to eat it. And that heavy metals are cumulative poisons.

A lot of the difficulty in "making" drugs is actually in getting hold of the equipment and percussors. Either way its probably well out of your skill level and you wont get any help here.

Including how easy it is to get the ingredients? The easiest synth would be meth from PE/E, but you can only get 10g of PE/E per month. Alcohol is incredibly easy, just mix sugar, water, and yeast, but it would taste like shit unless you distill it. Growing stuff would probably depend on where you live.

Well, son, it's pretty obvious that your definition of 'make' is not lab tips' definition of 'make.' RP/I don't count - serious, look up the greek roots of 'synthesis,' you'll find it doesn't match the description...

...in your case, DMT and mescaline are an attainable dream with a (very) little edumacation.

As far as your actual question, which appears to have little to do with your post... 2Cx and DOx are easy as shit, as is MDx with a little catechol, which is everywhere. If you're content to deal with simple rearrangements instead of real synthesis, there's always the ten essential amphetamines - though PMA is sort of a bummer - and if you're in the mood to clean up the 1% of your product which actually became the molecule you want and don't mind blowing your ass up in permanganate/acetone reactions, cocaine is practically self-assembling, like you wouldn't believe.

LSD's a pretty easy synthesis too - it'd be easier than RP/I if the parent acid wasn't so damned unstable.

'bout the only really difficult synthesis in the subcategory of "drugs you've heard of" would be total de novo synthesis of THC... for which I hope you've got some really spiffy nitro -> alkane substitution swapping tricks you could teach me, 'cause I really wanna make 3,5dioxyamphetamine decongetants. Get past that, and it gets a bit easier... I have no idea whether de novo morphinan derivatives are all that difficult, because I've never looked into it...

...but if you think that growing a shroom is you "making" something, instead of a fungus manufacturing the desired compound, even 2Cx will be out of your league for some time... acid/base some mimosa or san pedro, discover the mysteries of the universe, and call it good.
