last saturday i took 1/8 of what were supposedly very good mushrooms, my friend had intense visuals but i didn't get too many of them. I still enjoyed the experience a lot and I have the opportunity to get more this weekend. I know with acid your body builds up a tolerance very quickly but depletes fairly quickly too. Is the same true for psilocybin? I figured a week downtime should be good enough, though I waited about a month before I tried acid for the second time.

A week should be fine. Mescaline, Psilocybin, and LSD have a cross tolerance too.

I never go any less than a week anymore though. 3 days seems to be the rule, but I find I still have to take more acid if I only wait 3 days than if I wait for a week.
