About 2 or 3 hours ago i took 1 tramadol (37.5mg), and now im about to take two 7.5/500 Hydrocodone APAP tablets. I was wondering if there are any dangerous contraindications between these two medicines.

However mixing opiates (or any downers for that matter) in high doses has killed many a drug user.

Tramadol is like a psuedo opiate. It reacts to serotonin more than opiate receptors.

15mg of hydrocodone and 1 37.5mg tramadol won't do shit to you. don't worry about that. but say, if the dose was larger you'd might want to go slow on it because tramadol lasts a long time.

Its actually a pretty good combo. just go easy on the tramadol as it lasts a long time and if your like me it will keep you awake and energized after the hydro wears off.
