Default What do the ladies think of breaking the law.

Ladies of totse, if you found out that I engaged in certain illegal acts would it exclude me from being a potential mate? Would it make you think less of me? What would you think of a guy who smokes weed on the weekends? What about if he sells drugs? What if he shoplifted regularly? Driving drunk? I don't do most this stuff but I want to know if it would matter.

Drunk driving is easy dude. If you think it is dangerous you're either an idiot who drank too much or a jew. Basically, driving with a .132 is easy to me because I am a blood. (My friend Cig Ricky has a breathalyzer.)

From about 13-21, you'll get bonus points for it.

From 21-25, I'd say it's not really encouraged or frowned upon.

After 25, it just makes you look pathetic.

(With the exception of weed. Smoking weed wouldn't be much of an issue unless she's an uber christian. Dealing might be a bit more, but chances are if you're that type of person...you'll be dating a girl that smokes out anyways and will be thankful for the free hookup.)

Stealing would be a "no." for me.

Drugs, well... weed is fine, I'm not sure on anything 'harder'. Both selling and using.

Driving drunk? depends on how drunk you are, how often you do it, and what kind of drunk you are. If you get stupid crazy reckless after 3 beer, then no. If you've had a few and are just buzzing a bit, thats not as bad... still would make me nervous though.

Depends.

Most like some level of bad-assness as long as you've outgrown the major stuff.

Drug dealing, drugs, gangs, etc are all fun and games if you did it in high school, if you're still getting high regularly, there's a problem (I say regularly, nothing wrong with a blunt every now and again), that is assuming you're trying to get with girls 18+.

I have a lot of stories about my past, and I tell them to my girlfriend. Some she likes, some not so much, but she knows I'm no longer in gangs/dealing/doing drugs/etc. I quit smoking (thank God) and toned down the drinking (my liver says YAY) and while I haven't had a toke since we've been going out, I haven't quit...just waiting for a lull in school.

Imagine how immature it would be to be dealing drugs at 20 though. Unless you live in the ghetto, that shit's not interesting, safe, or sexy.

if you smoke weed on the weekends. doesnt bother me too much, still fucking sad if u do it because you think u get kudos. depends on ur approach to weed. if you flaunt it you suck.
sells drugs... well you suck if you sell it to kids younger than you. if deal to your friends, you still suck but slightly less.
Shoplift - only if its insignificant. but you'd suck.
if you drive drunk your an asshole.

How is drug dealing "immature" ?

How is drug dealing "immature" ?

As much as I feel people should have a right to do whatever they want with their lives:

1) Drugs, in general, are not very productive to society
2) You can get thrown in jail at any time, then where would that leave the woman?
3) It's dangerous

Women like safety and security. They don't like boredom, but they don't enjoy drug dealing either.

Smoking weed is alright as long as you're not a total pothead and you're not irritating when you're high.... like all giggly and shit that just sucks.

Shop lifting is immature as is driving drunk.

Selling drugs is fine as long as you don't get caught. Especially fine if you give me free drugs (not weed though)

My idea of a romantic weekend involves a healthy dose of crime and a hell of a lot of weed and alcohol. I've never really been with anyone who wasn't into doing this kind of stuff with me. I guess it all depends on your idea of fun,

Well hypothetically speaking, say you asked someone or they asked you out to coffee, after talking you discover they do ___ on the weekends, etc, etc, but also that they normal productive human beings with a successful social/academic/whatever life. Would you be quick to dismiss them? It doesn't have to be sexually/romantically interested in a person, also friendship wise, since you seem to know no one who does drugs.

I don't mind someone smoking pot. That doesn't bother me.

The stealing bothers me because you don't know if they would steal from you.

And if someone is doing something that can result in harm to another person then we have a little bit of a problem. Driving drunk can result in death, as can selling drugs, murder, rape etc. There is no fucking way I would even look at them twice. It's not a fact that it's going against societies rules, it's just that it's wrong and goes against my morals. There are plenty of things that are illegal that I think are stupid and over look.

This is untrue. I have no problem stealing from stores and people I don't know, or don't like. But I would never steal from a friend, especially not a boyfriend.

I was in a relationship with a girl who was very anti drug. As far as drugs are concerned, she respected my right to use them (it was just pot), she expected me not to do it while I was spending time with her. I know she wanted me to stop all that for my own good, and I cared about her enough that I did really slow down my drinking to a complete stop and stopped using drugs till about 4-5 months ago.

Our relationship was amazing, I truly loved and cared about her more than anything else in the world and we meshed together in every aspect of life. I seriously wanted to pursue a long term relationship with her however due to distance it could not happen, the end.

I just reread this:

Why would you want your girlfriend to know you are a drug dealer?

Pot doesn't matter, of course, but if you are actually selling drugs, and she knows about it, that is a bad thing. She will most likely talk to at least SOME people that her bf is a dope man, and word will get out. After she breaks up w/ you she might do something stupid if she is crazy.

I think if you have everything on lock down and do crazy shit on the side, a girl is not going to care if she can think for herself instead of society.

If you go to school, have a job, pay your rent, pay for half the dates, work out, etc. why would a girl who liked you get upset if you used drugs??

People who can actually drive drunk don't talk about it anyways. If you are going around boasting to girls that you can drive drunk, A) your probally lying and b) its not attractive. If you are under the influence and need to drive somewhere, just do it, don't give a fuck about it and let everyone know.

I wouldn't judge a potential friend solely on the basis that they do drugs, but the fact that they do them would rule out the potential for anything more than friendship. I would make it clear that I don't want them bringing drugs around me, though.

Reading some of the posts on here, it astounds me we live in such an age of "information". The narrow minded and naive stereotypes that some people clearly adhere to in their psyche on this thread....sounds like kids back in pre-TV eras. All the shit on deh netz, in movies, on tv, in your school, on your block.....and you have such a weird idea at what the "drug world" is and really means.

True story about me to give all you partyer/stoner/in trouble dudes out there thinking about settling down with a possible straight edger. About 2 weeks into being with my now wife I ask her about any current usage of weed. Her answer to me....."yeah, I did all that in high school and then I grew up". DOHHHH! 9 years later I'm still toking daily, and while I can't say she "encourages" it.....she doesn't hassle me too much. It hasn't been easy, and of course we had problems with quite a few fights. But ya wanna make it happen? Real easy. KEEP YOUR SHIT TOGETHER! Don't be a fuckin loser and a stereotype for the establishment. Keep a job, go to that job, don't be late, strive for a career. Be a nice loving partner, treat her well, don't be an asshole. Don't be an asshole when on your substance. Blah, blah, fucking blah. In other words, don't let drugs BE your life..... instead just a small part of it.

Part of the problem I had with my wife was the relationship before me she was with a drunk for 8 years. He WAS a loser and couldn't handle his shit, and keep his life in line. So she was even more leary/sensitive to how responsible I was with my life.

To summarize....if you are just an irresponsible asshole loser that parties going nowhere, stick to other similar chicks for mating. If partying is just a part of your life letting you enhance the enjoyment/understanding of its experiences and not utterly control it....then sure, there is no reason at all a "good girl" can't be by your side while living out that journey. Yes you can party every day and still lead a productive, satisfying life. Just don't let your partying get in the way or make you sacrifice any other parts of your life.....and you can live happily ever after.

I do a fair few illegal things such as drugs, graffiti, shoplifting (Graffiti supplies), Pyro but it doesn't seem to make any difference to what girls think of me. Although tbh only my very close female friends know that about me and usually by that time they are so close to me as friends they are unlikely to become prospective "mates." As well as the fact that in the eyes of most girls the things I do are probably relatively boring, unnecessarily dangerous or pointless and not very exciting for them.

If anything the things I do probably make them think less of me but either way I don't care.
