first off i'm 20 and i can usually figure out things like this myself but i was so stumped aafter the fact.

so for my job I work at two different stores in two different cities. (lets say E and M) i work E mostly but on occasion i'll go to M to help out do bank stuff and whatnot

anyway i left E this morning and drove to M. i got to M, and there was this girl i had meet only once and honestly i didnt even know her name, i didnt till i got back to E and asked someone.

well i walked in the backdoor and went to the front, she was on a ladder she turned around and said hey then my name, i was surprised cause i didnt now hers, but i said hey hows it going?

she was hanging stuff up for valentines day, and she got off the ladder walked up near me, and asked if i had a date for valentines day yet, i said no not yet, and before i could even ask if she had one she said " i dont have one yet either"

i was about to tell her how i dont like valentines day, and she asked if i would be her date on that day.

i looked at her and said yeah, i'd like that.
then she asked where i was going to take her, i said i dont know what do you like?

this is where it got kinda weird, i mean i have had girls ask me out before but it just got weird.

she said, i like mcdonalds,i thought she was fucking kidding. i didnt know what to say so i just said me too, its my favorite

she kinda laughed, then i suggested (as a joke) that white castle would be more romantic , and that we could get candles, and that i would call ahead for reservations and get "the best booth in the whole place" she ;laughed again.
and at this time i was done with what i was doing (i was working while talking to her, all i was doing was putting the money from the bank into the registers and opening the store.)

so i said ladies ya'll have a great day( i work with ALL girls), looking at her while i was saying it, she was looking right at me, i turned around and as i made my first step she said so i'll see you on valentines day right?

i looked back, made eye contact and said yeah. then i left

well after i left i thought that i dont even think she has my number (unless she gets it from someone we both know)

but i was wondering from the women out there, if you would do something like this to a guy and not mean any of it, like she was just doing it to see what i would say, so i dont know, i would like to take her out cause she is a clear 8 outta 10

well any help i guess would be cool, i just thought this was kinda weird

Just go back there and say "I'm taking you to x" (or of course, just make it a surprise).

But get her number, there's no point worrying about whether she means it. If you think you have a chance go for it.

She probably just doesn't want to be along on V Day. I know a few girls that are bitching about that too because their boyfriends are away, they pretty much will go out with anyone just to say they did something romantic.
