I was huffing xylene last night(no weed). Now I'm having tremors, is real panicky, and scared. ALso I feel kinda slow.

hate too say it man, but that shit can be serious. xylene is the solvent used in most (american) spray paints. long term effects include kidney and liver and bladder problems. damage to most organs is possible.

i have heard having sufficient fats in your stomach before exposure can reduce the amount absorbed into your body, but this isn't for the exposure that you had.

i wouldn't worry about it too much. just try to get 24-72 hours between you and the exposure.

i've met people that have gone through literally THOUSANDS of pounds of spray paint and are relatively normal. of course you meet some old timers that have too take a piss like 50 times when painting 1 thing........so yeah.

call poison control, and ask for advice.

As for answers, I doubt you did enough for any real damage to occur, but the tremors (ataxia?) and anxiety are symptoms of xylene poisoning. How long ago was this ("last night" can mean quite a lot...)? I'm certainly not Mr. Yuck, but AFAIK, the liver and kidney problems associated with xylene exposure only occur after severe or chronic exposure, and are reversible. If you did enough to damage those organs (doubtful, but you never know...), you'll probably experience some abdominal pain, but otherwise, you should be fine. However, no one here is a doctor or toxicologist, and if you are concerned, you should contact poison control or get to a doctor.

You'll probably recover fully (more or less) unless you've been doing xylene/ other unsafe solvents a lot. Try to learn from this. Solvents are not safe drugs (with the exception of N2O and ethanol)
