Re: Do cigarette filters absorb THC?
Of course they do, they absorb the smoke.
....so you get smaller hits. It's a HUGE waste. Why do you think filters always change color after being used?

To add to that, don't use a cigarette filter as a roach tip in a joint.

he is right about the filter absorbing the thc but u can use a hollowed out cigarette if u replace the filter with a roach. they call it a secret agent in the joint rolling hand book. The only real problem with it is the paper is alot thicker than what u would use to roll a joint so it burns down alot quicker. still handy in emergencies

Re: Do cigarette filters absorb THC?
what about a cigar? My friend and i thought about filling a cigar with weed but i thought it would be a waste too, mainly because of all the smoke that billows out of a cigar that you dont get to inhale.

if all your papers were burnt up in the house fire this would be a suitable time to use this idea

Re: Do cigarette filters absorb THC?
If you cut the filter in half, I notice no difference in the high compared to a regular joint, and I have done this many, many times. I prefer joints with cut cigg filters for roaches, smooths out the smoke.

Re: Do cigarette filters absorb THC?
The THC from the weed will combine with the nicotine that cigarette manufactures spray onto the filters to form THCN. Tetrahydrocannabanicotinic acid. 10x more potent than heroin.
Research it nigga!
Peace.

Cigars are completely different then blunts, which is why cigars tend to be more expensive then blunts. If I was fucking rich and shit, I would use a cigar for rolling up weed and then just re-roll the tobacco in papers.

If you were rich, why in the fuck would you re-roll the tobacco into papers? Think.

A cigar with weed rolled inside it is a blunt.
PERIOD.

Are you saying it does from experience, or just assuming that it makes sense? I've smoked with a filter and noticed no difference in the high.

its called a blunt man....
blunts are far superior to joints in my mind...
typically they shouldnt be billowing smoke.. when your not smoking it, it should hardly put off any smoke at all, when you do take a hit off it, there might be a little wisp of smoke but 99% of the smoke is being breathed in...

Re: Do cigarette filters absorb THC?
Yes. Don't do it, it's a waste of weed and a perfectly good cigarette.
The only time you should ever use a cigarette is when you are completely out of papers/have no other smoking devices, and you should rip the filter off, so it looks like a crazy joint.
The same goes for other dumbfuck smoking devices, (the pop can, tin foil pipe) don't use them unless necessary.

Re: Do cigarette filters absorb THC?
When I have no papers of anything to smoke out of (rarely), I just go to a dollar store. You know, those stores with those funky names like "dollar world" or "dollar palace" or whatever where everything is a buck (most things). They always have corn cob pipes for like $1.50 to $2. They usually sell screens too.
Peace.

to add to that, don't use roach tips, learn how to roll real joints. Yes they absorb THC, but if I have just smoked a joint, I like to put the roach in the end of my cig and get a little bit higher.

meaning a capone or a small swisher? of course. You disgrace stoners with your ignorant questions.
It works fine, seeing as a cigarillo is made of the same stuff as a cigar, only smaller. So you roll less weed and it goes more quickly, but it gets you just as high as your average bluntski.

because they catch the tar, a byproduct of combustion, from the smoke.

A blunt is usually a cheaper cigar that is cut and the tobacco is removed. Weed is then added and the cigar wrap is then re rolled. Then you have a blunt. Even know they are cheap and smaler they are still considered cigars they just are not the big hand rolled tobacco leaf stogies that your are thinking of. But they still are called cigars.
