We had been dating for 3 and a half years and I was tired of her always controlling everything.

Now yesterday she was texting me basically begging for sex and to be friends with benefits. She wants to meet up tonight to get some, and I'm contemplating it.

Man, I'm really feeling like this is a bad idea, she's really clingy and I don't want any more problems out of this. She swears this is just going to be sex and friendship but I don't know whether to trust her. I mean, I guess no bad could come of it to me, I told her how it would be and if she thinks we're getting back together that's her fault.

If you broke up with her, then you obviously didn't want to deal with her BS. Perfect way to keep the sex, with out the relationship part. Just play your cards right. Don't keep her around like she's your GF, she's now just your friend...with some benefits.

If you know you can't handle it then don't do it. You know yourself and your situation better than we do. Friends with benefits only really works if you have no feelings for the girl. If you can call her up and fuck sometimes that's great, but a lot of times this leads to people getting back together, and she might just be trying to lure you back into a relationship. You have to question her motives. In the end do what's right for you. I suggest finding a new girl to fuck, but maybe you can just use this one in the meantime. Personally i'd go for friends with benefits for a short while and then cut all contact completely. If you can't handle it or if she's just going to pull you back in, then don't do it.
