When they tell you not to mix acetiminophen with alcohol
they fucking mean it. i can't describe the horrid feeling in my stomach that i have right now. i took 4 perks last night, 2 sets of 2 about 2 hours apart from each other, while drinking. i've done this so many times before as far as i was concerned it wouldn't make me sick, but for some reason this time it's absolutely terrible.. which is weird cause i only drank 7 beer which isn't like some nights where i get plastered and take perks. I know they tell you not to mix the two cause it's bad for you, but they tell you pretty much everything is bad for you so i don't really worry about it. that will be the last time however, that i'm mixing perks and alcohol. i'm probably going to die or something so don't forget me.

Re: When they tell you not to mix acetiminophen with alcohol
Unless you're really tiny and have existing liver problems, I very much doubt your pain was caused by that. I've had more than twice that amount and finished off a fifth of vodka on many occasions.
But it is true that it is not a good idea to mix the two since they both are very hard on your liver.

Re: When they tell you not to mix acetiminophen with alcohol
From what I understand, percocet contains 5mg Oxy with 325mg of tylenol. There are other formulations of course: http://www.rxlist.com/cgi/generic/oxyapap.htm
325 x 4= 1300mg
1.3 grams of tylenol with 7 beers = not good.
Thats not too much APAP, but all the alcohol probably prevented the tylenol from being metabolized properly. Hence the stomach pain. Liver damage if you do/have done it alot.
Peace.

Maybe a greater chance of stomach irritation & perhaps the bleeding. Antacids, even a teaspoon of baking soda in a glass of water may help with the irritation.

Interesting, because I've also taken a lot more than that before with no problems. Perhaps this time was a combined effect from all the other times? I don't know that much about how it works.
