Is it or is it not easy to buy Hemp flowers and buds in Switzerland. If it possible which cantons allow it. Do any of the German speaking cantons allow it.

are you speaking of the herbal "pillows"?

Its not heavily enforced...but it heavily depends on the local area...the enforcement of laws tends to vary by town and region....

Exactly I am talking about the pot pourri, herbal pillows, flower arrangements and so on. I am based in Bern. The main place for this is Ticino or so I understand.

Ticino unfortuantely being based in Italian speaking Switzerland, although i am informed reliably that most of Switzerland is fluent with German at at least a second language level anyway. Ticino isn't too english language friendly though as far as switzerland goes

Listen as I said I will be working in switzerland for a couple of months and the train systm is so good here that if I have to go to Ticino I will.

Is this still going on? The herbal pillows etc.
