Nitrous
My friend has been experiencing symptoms that sounds like B12 depletion. He has done it like 5 times, and the last time he did it he's been suffering from symptoms. "idk if u remember the feeling of nitrous, but its that without the nice head rush. its sensitive feelings in your limbs and it almost feels like a muscle vibration and your hands and feet are really sensitive and weak". He's taken B12 supplements several times and the symptoms are still there, thoughts?

Re: Nitrous
My thoughts are that it may be unrelated. B12 depletion shouldn't cause anything really noticeable unless he's been doing around 300 chargers a week for a couple of months or so. And once the person stops use and takes vitamins for awhile, the effects can be reversable, or so says Erowid.
If he's only done it five times, it doesn't seem likely. Especially if he's taken a break and been taking his vitamins. I've done nitrous frequently, and many more times then I can remember, and I never experienced B12 depletion. Maybe he should see a doctor.

Re: Nitrous
why not just tell him to stop sucking gas so much? I mean seriously, you have to be huffing nitrous, everyday, multiple times to experience B12 depletion. Supplements might not help because his body might not absorb them that well. Just tell him to stop for a little bit and then he can go right back to doing whippits.

Re: Nitrous
Well it could be unrelated, but he said that it was after he did it. Could it be a reaction with medicine he's taking, like antibiotics or something.

learn to read
If I were you, I would go read some information on Nitrous use and its relation to B12 depletion. He seriously should be fine after that little use, and should see a doctor.

Re: Nitrous
if your friend is experiencing numbness in his extremities then he should consult a Dr. immediately!
i somehow doubt they are though, i have read alot about nitrous oxide abuse and numbness in the hands and feet has only been found in people that have used nitrous daily for months on end.
b12 depletion isn't cured by b12 intake i don't believe. i think methionine or cathionine supplements would help as their synthesis is altered after extreme nitrous intake.

i have done up to 50 a day several days in a row.....there is a headache and some discomfort after a few hours, sometimes even the morning after....
but tell your friend to be stop being such a fucking pussy.....
i take vitamin supplements...and it is not only vitamin B-12 but also Folic Acid and Inositol you should be supplementing with...IF....you are doing 200+ chargers a day for month on end.....usually you will first develop twitches or ticks (that is a good sign to stop abusing your body)

sounds like a fever.....or a generally nasty infection (like an upper respiratory infection)
Antibiotics are generally given out for something.......also some antibiotics are not tollorated well and can cause nausea, vertigo, and cause the user to feel lightheaded.
hell i have tripped as a kid....dam hard when i had a high temperature....i war honestly tripping...body high and everything......and the breathing and warping and actual hallucinations....
he is just fucking sick.....tell him to suck it up and stop being a little bitch.
also....stay away from him for a while until he gets that infection taken care off.

Doesn't look like you can either.....
Like everyone said, it's not likely 5 will do shit...
I've done quite a few chargers over the year... I'm fine, minus some lip numbess here and there but I dont trip over it, and I dont use B12 either.

Re: Nitrous
thinking you have vitamin b12 depletion from inhaling nitrous oxide 5 times is more likely known as being a fucking 13 year old pussy that goes on the internet too often
