If you plan on eating the cotton rods, instead of going the whole 9 yards and extracting it (which is much safer if you know what you're doing...), then I would start with one cotton rod (250mg). I would also cut the cotton rod into several small pieces and stuff them in gel caps to swallow them so you don't have to get that nasty taste in your mouth. If not, fill your mouth with something strong tasting (like coca-cola, caffeine free of course as it's not a good idea to mix stimulants or vasoconstrictors) and toss the pieces in and swallow. Wait longer than a half an hour to feel full effects because it can take a while for your body to absorb the cotton. If you don't feel adequate effects by 45 minutes - 1 hour, take a half of another rod or so. Remember, just because the stuff is OTC doesn't mean it isn't incredibly potent.
Also, note that many people don't find this as euphoric as l-metamfetamine (which can be obtained from the Vick’s inhalers OTC. Yes, that's right; you can buy meth OTC at grocery stores. It's the l isomer, which is claimed to be nearly inactive and non-euphoric. But it is DEFINATELY active, and many people find it euphoric. However, it has many more side effects then the d isomer, and is generally regarded as more stimulated in a bad way.) I'm willing to bet though, that if you don't get any euphoria from Adderall anymore, you probably won't get much from the propylhexedrine... I could be wrong though, who knows.

You might want to do an extraction, supposedly it reduces the body load side effects which comes from eating the cotton. I've never done that so I can't say one way or the other. I would only do one cotton for your first time. If you can't be bothered to do an extraction like me cut the cotton up and stick it into gel caps. Seriously it's not worth the gross factor of swallowing vomit flavored cottons. You will probably still get nauseas but you probably won't throw up either. It feels ok, not like great but if you don't have access to stimulants it's better than ephedra or caffiene.

Start with a full cotton rod.

Ok, I shoplifted 3 benedrex (the alarm went off two but they didn't bother chasing me), cut them all into two pieces (6 pieces total) and put 1 piece in 1 fatty vitamen gel cap.

Ok, so I was "wide awake" from 7 till 7, so about 12 hours. I felt a very small crash for the last 2 hours before I went to bed. I slept for about 4 hours tops and I feel great right now.
