Think of it this way. Say a normal dose of alcohol is 6 beers worth. A normal dose of APAP is 500mg ish. Taking like 10 grams of APAP is as stupid as knocking back 3L of high proof vodka. At normal doses, most things are pretty safe.

Bottom line APAP is total fucking useless shit! I have generic lortabs 10/500mgs right now and also have a decent opiate tolerance and after popping a few of them I feel a bit off. Not from the opiate but from the APAP I know.

I have parachuted pure oxy, popped norcos 10/325mgs many a time. The nasty feeling is not present with oxy, much less with the norcos and much worse with the lortabs I have now. I swear I can tell the difference and I am sure it is from that fucking nasty shit!
