WTF are you talking about???? of course it's legal for them! They're from cali and illonois. And even if you were to order 3kgs of MHRB, the DEA won't give one shit. They don't track down the small time 5g yielding mom And pop chemist, they go for the clandestine labs that are importing large amounts of Methylamine and tryptamine base(that reaction yields more than 100g of DMT).

Actually that's not a very safe method at all. Sending cash through the postal service is incredibly risky as there is no way to make sure it will arrive safely. And even if it does, there is nothing stopping the people you sent it to from just saying they never got it and keeping your money. Please also note that it's VERY easy for a fed to trace a P.O. Box back to the person it's registered to, I.E. YOU! Not very safe when you consider that now is it? However, you need to keep in mind many websites order kilos all the time for resale, and very few have been hassled. There is though currently a trial waiting to take place where the government is trying to charge... I forget exactly who it is, but they are trying to charge them with possession with intent to distribute of DMT... They however fled the country. And let's hope he never gets caught and brought back. Because if that trial goes through, there is a big chance that this and other plants will become illegal. That's why you order the MHRB with your real credentials. If you pay via money gram under the name Dohn Doe, you're much more likely to get raided.
And MHRB isn't a listed substance, so the DEA doesn't track sales of it unless they are imported from south america, or if the company you ordered from gets raided for some shit and if their order logs get subpoenaed.
