My roommate told me he bought hash off a bum. I didnt' believe him. Namely because he hasn't had a fucking penny for the past 2 1/2 months. Well, he got a paycheck from some old job, and sure enough there's this clump of what looks like marijuana SQUEEZED together really fucking hard. It's sort of greenish brown. Almost more green. It smells nothing like pot.

Questions:

1) Isn't hash brown? Purely brown. Strictly.

2) How would you recommend we go about smoking it if it is hash? Tobacco? I dont' want to smoke it with bud because I want to see what it does on its own. I'm convinced it's not hash.

It might not necessarily smell like bud but should smell similar, not completely different.

Yes, hash can be green, but basically only if it isn't very high quality. There are plenty of ways you can smoke hash, depending on what kind it is. Based on your description... I don’t know... I guess throw a chunk in a bong. OR rip a chunk off and put it firmly on the end of a pin or paper clip, hold a lighter to it until it starts to ember and smoke pours off of it steadily and then begin inhaling.
