It's definitely weed because it got us all high as hell.

But it doesn't smell remotely like weed.

It smells of soil.

You know what it could be? It could be weed that's been smoked out of a high quality vaporizer like the Volcano. The end resulting weed looks like it hasn't been smoked; more or less just resembles some high quality dirt weed, or very low quality kind bud. It does have an odd scent to it usually and CAN get you high, depending on how long they were smoking it. There is some THC left in the bud once smoked through a vaporizer, especially if they don't smoke it until it's very brownish. Lightly smoking weed through a Volcano results in a slighter darker green bud, and if they put it in nug form, it'll come out in nug form. Other then that, my only ideas would be: A) It's shitty Mexican brick/dirt weed, they call it dirt weed for specific reasons... B) It was grown in dirt that was particularly potent smelling C) It's not really weed, but some kind of "herbal/legal smoking blend" obtained from a head shop/hippy type store/website/etc. There are all kinds of products in this category. There are mixtures like those Marijuana Free Ecstasy cigarettes (A mixture of Cat nip, wild "opium" lettuce, etc. I believe), there are single plant smokes (Things like the Hawaiian Gold Bud from that herbal-smoke website), there are herbs that can be smoked to obtain a high (Such as blue lotus, cat nip, salvia, etc.). Perhaps it's one of these things. OR D) They tossed it onto the ground or in dirt while running from someone, and came back for it later... Probably not the most likely scenario, but who knows.

The smell of soil or earth on anything is an idication of mold.

I thought this. The weed is kinda, I dunno, moistish. It's not wet, but it's moister than normal weed.

Mahatmaganga thankyou for your reply. It is darker than normal weed, like a deep green, but I think, again, this is just due to it being moist.
