They sell weed. They wont shoot you. Just tell them you're looking for someone to sell you a big bag. If you've been buying off of them for awile then they should be happy to tell you, and might even put in a good word for you.

Get on some friendlier terms with those dealers and ask if their supplier is looking to expand their business. Depending on the dealer, the language and tact of your phrasing will help immensly.

Even though you're trolling, just ask your regular dealer if he can get you a lb, or ask him what the biggest amount he can get you is.

Personally, if you don't know your dealers on a friendly basis and you don't ever hang out with em then i wouldn't recommend buying a pound from someone you don't know. It could easily be skimp simply by throwing a few dimes(money) in your sack to make it seem the actual weight. It's so fucking easy to get ripped off when dealing with large amounts, so be careful.

There is no way to speed it up. It comes with time. Years of hanging around other drug users/dealers is the tried and true way. The alternate is you may be blessed with a relative/close friend who deals big.

Dealers want cash as much as you want ganja. Just ask your guy if he can't get ahold of a larger amount for you..or if he knows someone who does. If your guy has any way of getting more, i'm sure he'll do it just to get your money.

So you’ve decided you’re gonna sell drugs eh? Too lazy to work? Money’s too tempting? Watched scarface too many times? Selling drugs (even pot) is a game that can easily encompass your whole life. At first you’ll find yourself at the mercy of your customers and can’t let them know how much you want their money. Then you pawn them off to your street level dealers and the money trickles up to you. This guide will teach you how to start a sizeable network and maintain it.


#1 getting your money right.

Weed is never hard to sell. Making it economically feasible starting out can be tricky though. If you rob a dealer and sell their stuff you can give people better deals than normal because the weed’s essentially free. This will keep people coming back. You’d better have a lot of close friends who smoke weed. These are gimmie customers, they’re the base you start off with. At this point you should be thinking of every joint you smoke as $5 lost. You need to have a decent profit margin on your first few flips to ensure you won’t be at that level for long. Here are the average prices around my area (eastern Canada).

1g =$10
3g =$25
5g =$40
10g= $70-75
14 (half o) $90-100
20g= $130-140
28 (ounce) $170-190
50g =$300-325

The prices are relative to the area though. I saw some prices on the other guide on isellpot.com and almost shit my pants when I saw the minumum for a Qp being $800. It blew my mind. People are dumb.

It works to go to a dealer you’ve gone to for a while, talk to them (not on the phone) and reinforce how long you’ve been dealing with them and you want to sell for them. They’ll cut the price down below normal for you if you’re gonna sell. You’ll need at least 10g’s to start. If you don’t have any money don’t get your first sack fronted. Just don’t. Think it over in your head and you’ll realize you’re getting shafted, repeatedly and brutally everytime you sell a bag. Just get your sack, bag the grams up, pinch a joint for smoke, don’t give too many deals and soon you’ll get your weight up. Make sure your connect has got a steady stream coming in and its easy to get your reup at a moments notice.

Street Dealing.

You could fill a book with all the tips to street hustling but I’ll just cover the basics.
Have a spot that people can expect you to be around. Gotta be either near your house or a friends house. Bring boys with you. Cops can’t bust them all. Mcdonalds are a good place to sell. Lots of people come through and you can bounce from them quick. Have all your shit weighed up. Rule of thumb for beat cops, if your doing something illegal make it look like you’re doing nothing. If your doing nothing, (waiting for someone or something) make it look like you’re doing something. When you’ve gotta meet a couple people in a couple different places have it mapped out in your head the easiest routes. If you spend a day on the block by the end your head will be hurting from all the shit from the day and running back and forth. Just drink something good for you (Arizona ice tea’s bomb), smoke a j, get some rest, repeat.

Customers
If you’re posted for long enough expect a stream of customers. Many will try to befriend you like you’re kids and you just got a big wheel. Don’t do the ol “props” transaction, that’s what cops expect you to do (know from experience). People ask if you’re good say ‘how many?” You’ll be meeting people through a couple degrees of seperation and some can be kinda sketchy. If you don’t trust the person be honest and direct “say who the Love are you?” “You think this is mcdonalds where everyone gets served?” or something. I almost got stabbed by a guy who murdered a sailor at a bar a couple weeks later once. Selling to randoms and tourists is something a lot of people don’t do. You can make a lot of money off the dumbest people though. Someone asks if you’ve got weed look at them real, REAL hard directly in the eyes. If you think they’re just some guy who wants weed it’s up to you. If you want that dollar tell them to take a walk with you and go somewhere to do your thing. Taking strangers money’s really fuckin easy. If they want to see the weed first tell them to go look at someone elses. Rarely will a stranger go psyco over a couple bucks for weed. Look out for crew cuts, they could be cops. Make sure your customers respect you or fear you. Let them know that you’re in charge and you do things on your terms. This is extremely important.

Reputation and miscellaneous

If you decide to deal drugs make sure you know what you’re getting into. Fiends are godless, motherless sons of bitches my friend who’s been selling for 23 years says. They’ll steal from you no matter the cost or risk. Girls are the same say. Bitches talk too as everyone knows. One girl I was bangin stole money from me and blamed it on someone else, I found out from her friend she’d take a gram at a time too behind my back. That type of shit can piss you off to no end. So I spit in her face the next time I saw her. Anyways, there’s no harm letting people know you carry a weapon. It’s another charge and will sketch people out who just want to get the weed and get the Love out. I like bear mace personally. Everyone knows it suck to get hit with, can spray at least 15-30 feet and is easily concealable. Of course it’s only natural to meet other dealers. Now, Territory is very important to dealers. They know loyalty to customers is just another word they can’t spell and whoever’s got the best shit cheapest and most readily available gets the dollar. Some dealers don’t Love with other dealers and get really sketched. I got banned from a trap because I was selling across the street and the dealer thought it was heat on them. If they’re paranoid good, you should be too. Reinforce their fears and take their customers. Dealers always wanna jack other dealers. Many get started by jacking dealers so its natural. The only thing you can do is keep on your toes and get ready for the jack. Don’t tell other dealers you sell unless they bring it up first.. If they ask how much you may “say cheap.” If they want you to sell for them lie about your price. Tell them that’s your personal price too. It never hurts to do bad karma shit to get respect if it seems warranted. Don’t jack your customers unless they’re not your customers, someone else’s who buy off you from time to time. Remember, the better your weed is and how it looks ensures repeat business. If another dealer approaches you and says “this is my street/hood/ basketball court/whatever” say “it’s mine as long as I’m standing here.” Some ho’s will want to sleep with you just because you sell and they want to live your lifestyle. Be very careful as they’re just with you til something bigger comes. If someone smokes crack, don’t sell them weed for obvious reasons. Selling weed cheaper is also a way to make enemies. There was a guy around my area who was selling 10 sacks for 60 and 65 bucks (to me for one) and he pissed off some heavies. He ended up offering to snitch out his dealers for the jack to the heavies. If you’re gonna front. Front at full price or higher than normal. Make sure you can contact them and if it’s a day late, yell at them, any more than that clap on them. Best way to get customers is just being bored and smoking weed with people. If someone wants a big amount and you don’t have that much ask them if they trust you with their money. Set a price for all the weed above what you get it for and pool your money together. It’s like getting your weed cheaper. It’s tempting as Love not to run off with it though.

Mobility

Bikes are good, easy to move and evade but attract attention (it was the guy on the bike, officer).

If ridin’ tell people to come down to their lobby and come out when they see you. Don’t park in other peoples spaces. Always make sure you’ve got your lights on at night. Blasting loud rap music is fun but is suspicious to police. Keep your shit in the middle console and hide it in the vents if you get stopped. Crack your windows if your smoking a j but not too much or it’ll be noticeable. Keep your mirrors so you can see who’s in the back. Someone pulls a chain and tries to choke you, move your seat back and the chain will loosen and you’ll have the upper hand. Don’t drive crazy unless you’re sure you’re safe. Make sure your mvi’s up to shape.

Jewelry

Don’t wear gold jewelry if you’re white. Nobody will bother to tell you it looks stupid and you’ll look at yourself in the mirror one day and go what the Love? Everyone’s assholes!

Cell phones

Get a phone with lots of daytime minutes, free incoming and free evenings and weekends, if you get a pay as you go expect a couple bills (couple hundred) on your phone. If you don’t recognize someones name ask how the Love they got this number, get an easy to remember number if you can. Don’t say anything about drugs on the phone. Weed can be “green” or “smokes”

When talking drugs on the phone use Time as the key for weed and seconds as the price.

Customer: Yo man are you around?

You: how many minutes you want to see me for?
Customer: 15 man, how long will that take you? (price)
You: 105 seconds (or) 7 seconds a minute, man.

Store peoples names as variations of their names. The cops have my phone right now and I can only wonder if they’ve gone through my address book looking at all the weird names.

It never hurts to have someone move your product for you even when you start out. As long as you’re satisfied with the profit margin and the timetable you’re good. When getting someone to deal for you tell them to keep your name out of their mouth. Make sure it’s someone who you trust and reflects well upon you. Ounces are easy to measure and leave them with smoke and a couple bucks. Make a schedule in your head of the days your dealers will need their shit and plan to pick up right before or after. Let your dealers know you’ve got their back and would like to know anything that’s going down in the street (new dealers, new weed, anything).

Here are the average large-scale prices for my area

First time to think about dealers---- (buck) 100g - $550-600
QP $600-650
150 (5 O’s plus 10) $700-800
half P(224 or 225) $1200
Pound (450) 2250- $2400
And all around the world today a kilo is a measure. Kilo is 1000 grams, easy to remember (never catch the kid goin hand to hand)- Ghostface Killah $4000 is average.

Give your dealers any customers you don’t want to deal with. Get your 5’s and 10’s changed at banks or grocery stores. My brother worked 1 part time shift a week at a convenience store to change his money.
When you’re at this level you can pretty much do whatever you want. You get paid every couple days and don’t have to get your hands dirty for anything. Make sure you’ve got a big scale (at least 500g) with a big base plate for weighing your reups. You only have to see the customers you wanna see and have probably achieved some respect. Don’t let anyone know how much weight and money you’re carrying. Make your moves carefully and keep your eyes open.

Instead of trying to go from a dime bag dealer to a pound dealer do this. Slowly ask your dealer for higher and higher amounts, and buy a scale too, this will get you ripped off a lot less. Jusy next time instead of a dime bag ask for an eighth and ask for and eighth 3-4 times and just exponentially grow.

You have to become friends with your dealers. In my experience, dealers don't share any information unless you're a close friend that also happens to deal.

Someone that looks like me might have been dealing for the past 8 or 10 years. In that time he's built up a huge network for such a small town area. Sometimes all of his dealer friends will get together and have a party. Nothing too big....just time together as "family". They get a little buzzed, smoke blunts, eat some tabs....and then they are more prone to sharing information.


You also have to realize that the majority of drug dealers aren't bad people. We're just trying to make a buck. If you come to them with a legitimate business proposition and ask it in a respectful way...most of the time they will go along with it.

for instance: I've had to go through this one guy to talk to another guy to get me lortabs. I did this for about three months....then I explained to the middleman that I think I had given this guy enough business to have the right to be introduced to him. He had seen my car, and he had seen who I was multiple times.

In the end...everything worked out. Everybody was cool about it...and they usually are--unless the guy deals some sort of uppers that cause delusions and paranoia. Avoid those people....its for your own good. I learned the hard way.
