Subsititute for adderall?
For the past year or two i have been prescribed adderall for my ADHD and when i started it worked wonders for school and to my surprise it was the best anti-depressent I have ever had, the problem now is that i am addicted and need it every day, getting it isnt a problem since i have the script but my problem is i believe i am getting immune to its effects. It used to be that for school it would help me in every way possible but thats just not the case anymore. I am thinking about trying to find something new that will do the same thing at least for the ADHD, I'm trying to find something that will give me the same effects as adderall but not the speed part that i am now immune to, so any suggestions?

Re: Subsititute for adderall?
Skullcap is known to be a natural aid for adhd... I've never had the chance to test it's potential for this - as I myself don't suffer from adhd nor do I know any1 personally that does... anyhow I assume anything would be worth a shot. And if you consider my suggestion just make certain to obtain quality material and also to do some more reading/researching on the topic.
Also, rhodiola rosea is worth researching too. And possibly low dose of ketum may help your situation.
So, there are possible alternatives just make sure you do the necessary research beforehand and that you give time to properly experiment with various alternatives till you find one that it best suited for you.
.peace.

Yeah, then when you build up a tolerance to that...
...Well, there's always rehab.

Sure why not ask my doctor, its not like they haven't fucked up with the meds they have given me for ten years or anything, hell adderall is the only damn thing they have ever given me that worked i have a hell of alot better chance talking to a people who have more combined experience than any doctor

Re: Subsititute for adderall?
ask your doctor about straterra. (im not sure if that's how its spelled). it's ADHD medication that isn't addictive like adderal. but then again, that means it won't be quite as effective either. but it's better than nothing if you want to lose the adderal. upgrading to dexedrine will just make things worse.

Strattera is atomoxetine, and is not a stimulant. To my knowledge it isn't addictive.
