100 mg is TOO FUCKING MUCH. From what I've been told, try 50 mg intranasally (snorted) and see how it goes.

It depends on how you're going to take it, and what kind of pill it is, etc. There are far too many factors for us to accurately give you a good dose. But with morphine, plugging is always your best bet. Morphine has SHIT for oral bioavailability and rectal bioavailability is much higher than intranasal (If I remember correctly, and I'm pretty positive I do)

I agree that 100mg orally is a good dose. Try 60 if you don't have an opiate tolerance. I had a small opiate tolerance and still got sick from 60mg my first time. It's not terrible though, just because you feel so great otherwise ha :)

I took 100mg over the course of a day and night and was feeling good. Taking intranasal and orally. I heard Smoking the pill works pretty good. How much should one of these usually go for iam getting it for about 10$ and roxycodone 30mg goes for about 20$ here so.

morphine isnt as good as oxy oral or nasal. Around here it isnt sought after at all. Oxy is what people prefer, and for shooters, they prefer the hydromorphone.

What? Rectal bioavailability is MUCH higher then oral... It's somewhere around 45 - 45%... How is that anymore remotely similar to the 15 - 25% of oral (Yes, 25% is the max, not 20 so you're wrong about that too...) And yeah, Morphine is much cheaper than Oxy. An average price around these parts is ~$50 for a 200mg pill. I personally wouldn't pay anything over $15 for a 60mg pill and even that's a high price as far as I'm concerned.

I wouldn't pay more than 5 for a 30mg morphine.

Am I missing something? You just agreed with me, disagreeing with your previous statement, and then made it seem like I'm wrong and now you're asking for sources on my incorrect claim... Or are you saying that he claims rectal is the same as oral at 25% (Still making your previous oral bioavailability claim wrong...)
Either way, here is one I pulled up from Google in about 5 seconds by typing in morphine rectal bioavailability... http://www.springerlink.com/content/m610545w837pm83j/ And here was one right below it, that I'm having a hard time understand, but I think it says something about 90% bioavailability... I don't know. I didn't really read that one well... Or the other to be honest. I don't care that much, because I know I'm right about the rectal bioavailability being much higher than oral, no matter the percentages. It's fairly common knowledge among anyone who knows anything about opiates that morphine has an incredibly week bioavailability.

15mg of oxy has me nodding well, and 30mg of morphine does the same.
