Your average tobacco pipe can work, it can get messy sometimes.
Even a bong, it's best to remove the water though. :)

dont apply direct heat to it, i always smoke it off foil but make sure the lighter is a good inch-2 away. its what i just did hehe

your not really smokin opium are you? its like the vapor like meth or somthing so one of those lightbulb vapes would prolly work well.

paperclip thru cardboard. put it on the end of paperclip which is sticking through cardboad. make opium ball shape. put head on it for like 15 seconds until its a "comet on fire" basically. let it burn like a comet for a sec, blow it up, put a cup over it take straw and suck smoke filling cup. most effective way dont care what anyone else says.
