So I drank some forties and popped a Valium yesterday afternoon, and needless to say, I ended up back at my house not remembering much of what happened. However, before I went to sleep, I looked in my pocket and pulled out a baggie containing the other three Valium I had bought, and three blue pills. After some brief research, I've found out that they're barbiturates - Fioricet, to be exact.

According to many sources, they contain 325mg APAP, 40mg caffeine, and 50mg Butalbital. I've read that these are pretty recreational, but I was wondering if anybody has had experience with these things.

Yeah I used to eat them like candy. They aren't too pleasurable on their own as they turn you into a zombie from night of the living dead, but with a little bit of booze they are pretty fun. If you dont have a tolerance 4 or 5 should be plenty just watch out for the APAP, too much and you'll be chucking black tar.

I though you are supposed to stay away from alc when you take barbs.

Damn, all I have are three. I guess I'll save them for the next time I have a drink.

Much in the same way you're supposed to stay away from benzos when you're drinking, I assume. And we all know nobody does that.

Yeah but the mixture between the 2(alc and barbs) can be lethal I thought.

yeah they arent any fun by themselves, they just knock you out. but their pretty decent with a couple beers or some other pills.

I think they act on similar receptors in the brain, so the combination of the two increases the effects many times over.

I'll take it slow, just in case.
