i cant find a good dosage, theirs not many erowid experience reports and the ones that are there arent very detailed. so far im thinking like 30-45mg does that sound about right?
how does it compare to xanax or klonopin?

Norm dose is around 15-25mg. So I reckon titrate from 25 to maybe 45mg or 50mg.
Also, if ur pills are imported, remember that they are usually a bit weaker.

You are going to have to take like 70-80mg, its not very strong.

good info, just picked some up yesterday - i only had 2 intially, then a few hours later 2more and one before bed - but not a huge whack i must say - i threw them in with 20mg valuim and 400mg codiene and some glasses of wine, wish id had some bud to go with it,

No no no. When I was prescribed it my prescribed dose was 30 mg. I myself took 150mg my first time. 30mgs is definately too low on such a week benzo. OP, did you have the 30mg powder in gel caps?

I used to love temazepam for getting to sleep. As soon as I started to feel like I was coming down from a night of cocaine use I would pop a purple/blue capsule or two and I'd be out in like 45 mins.
