Default Schedule II & IV drugs RX.

This is simple, I don't come on this site very often, busy with school, work and stuff. Eh I did what I could to find these things out. Simple question.

What are the penalties for distributing Schedule II & IV Prescription drugs, that you are not prescribed to?

Thanks,
-Lazz

in really depends where you are....

in the states some places will actually weight...say a 5mg pill of oxycodone/375mg APAP....and count the whole wight of the pill as oxycodone (binders, fillers, apap, everything as oxycodone)

if the stuff is found within X miles of a school you are in deep shit.

If you are transporting a sizable amount in a car.....another helping of deep shit....

then ill say find your law enforcement website and check which class and type of felony infraction it will merit...it also should tell you the sentencing and fine parameters.....

it depends on weight.....

and each drug is its own charge

selling or dispensing drugs without a pharmacist license (# of counts)

and

selling or dispensing drugs without a prescription(# of counts)

amount also plays a big role

do your own research..it is definitely not that hard....

will this be via us mail or hand to hand..or what?

are you planning to sell large amounts, or small amounts.

how do you see getting busted for selling?

busted for possession probably.....sale....i doubt it.

The government does not like you making any money without them getting a piece of it, specially when it's some sort of mind altering substance

I'm pretty sure Ave2 had some damn good information. Much more than you, at least.

To the OP: It's all about amount. Also, have you been charged with any crimes or are you just curious? If you've been charged, don't say shit. Hire an attorney who specializes in drug offenses if you can afford it. If not, just keep your fucking mouth shut and get a public defender right away.

Keep them in a bottle with your name and prescribing info printed on them at all times. This will help prove the story that they are yours if you get caught.

Secondly, if they are on you and out of sight, a cop can not legally pat you down, feel that it's a bottle of pills and reveal it; it is simply illegal for a cop to reveal any item other than a weapon during a pat down... period.

I got caught with about 500 benzos (All schedule IV) and the court filed them as a class D misdemeanor (CII may be a little more strict and could go up to a class C felony or higher depending on what the charges are, aggravated trafficking, carrying, or dispensing). I also had a can of mase on me, so I was also charged with carrying a concealed weapon (On top of the "carrying a scheduled drug"). Both class D charges from what I can remember. though I had a great lawyer, and because of the illegal search after the pat down and them not finding any weapons, except for the mase, which I already handed to them, the both charges were dropped.

So just be careful, trust who you deal with and don't be stupid. And you will get caught eventually, everybody does, just a matter of time.

It depends on the drug. Lidocaine is a schedule 4, but getting busted with that wouldn't compare to other #4 drugs. I use it myself, illegally, and I think if I ever got busted, I would just tell the cop what it's for.

Though I would be a bit more worried about him thinking my little bottle was heroin solution, or cocaine solution or something.

The cocksucker would probably still arrest me.

They are not prescribed to me. I'm curious is all, and in the event that it is a minor committing these offenses. Does that alter the charge at all?

Fuck yes. You won't be in near as deep a pile of shit as an adult.

They will slap you on the hand. No permanent record.
