I accidentally consumed one of my sister's birth control pills this morning because they were placed in the same fucking box as vitamin C pills.

I don't think there's too much to worry about but i've been advised to ask in here about the possible adverse hormonal effects.

Should I worry?

I doubt it will do much. If you took one every day, you would start to notice the effects after a while. IE, boobs, impotence, incessant whining and the desire to buy too many shoes.
